Dries my hair faster than a blow dryer but with less heat, and smoothes out the pony tail crimps if I’m in a hurry. I just wet down my hair and run this through each quarter a few times. I wanted something bigger because I have hair to my bra line so this might not work well for short hair or someone wanting a dramatic curl; this is more a blowout lob tool for smoothing/straightening.My hair is a mix of thick curling strands and limp thin straight strands that tend to break off. (Yay for being an ethnic mix, not!) Heat is the only way to make it uniform and not look frizzy and sad. I’ve noticed less frizz overall, and it doesn’t completely deplete volume like straightening with a flat iron does. It also doesn’t make me look like I have a white lady’s sad imitation of an afro like the blow dryer.Based on my experience I would say to the colored ladies don’t expect to get straight hair from this if you have a tight corkscrew, but it will relax the curl a little if you want some controlled volume/fluf to your natural hair. Latinas, you’re going to get volume from this and it will relax a curl enough for a smooth look overall but if it’s humid your natural waves will come back, just far less frizzy! And for the Caucasian ladies, this will dry your hair fast but won’t fry it. So I think it’s a great tool for everyone!Also I have bad allergies to product so whatever my natural hair decides to do I have to love with usually. I have found following up drying with this by rubbing some certified organic fair trade guilt-free argan oil on my hands and running them through helps a lot with calming tips that want to frizz up in dry weather and uniforming and smoothing the waves on humid days. On rainy days I have no hope so it all gets stuffed in some variation of bun or pony tail LOL but it has been looking far more put-together since I picked this baby up and it cuts my shower-and-dry routine in half. Or really same amount of time but more enjoyment of the hot water left part than dealing with hot air making me sweat up in the steamy bathroom afterwards haha!

Very easy to use of course. The first few use there's gonna be a burnt rubber smell but it will fade away. It's quite large, so no good for short hair. The hair will look very silky and smooth after drying. Definitely better than regular hair dryer. Highly recommended.

Perfectly hair dryer, it is a good combination of brush and dryer. This is very good and easy to use. I can style and dry my hair at the same time! This dryer also dry my hair really fast and unlike regular hair dryer. Perfect for lazy people like me.

I really like the product but it stopped working and I just bought it on January 21, 2019 but I can’t return it. I think the product should have been replaced for free.

Very poor product and poor customer service... Sent us a faulty product and which stopped working on first use .. very disappointed with service and product ... Also international returns and refund is also cumbersome if you bought in USA

Works great as listed. It doesn't dry your hair as quickly as I'm used to with a normal dryer, however, it does leave your hair fair smoother and shinier. Overall, I would definitely recommend it.
