Today I took another capsule because it curve my eating habit. I had to take some of the powder out of the capsule because it was to strong for me as I said before I had a strange feeling. Since i took some out, i feel great and it still curved my appetite and I have some energy. This product is doing what it said it will do! I'm giving it four stars because I would love to read the book. If I get the book I will give it five stars because it is suppose to be part of the package!Received them today. There wasn't a book are anything with this item. Where is the guide? Tried one of the capsules, felt a little strange. I think that maybe I will try half of the capsule next time I thought it was one a day but the instructions say one two times a day. I will wait before I rate this item.
