I started adding this to my morning coffee a couple weeks ago. I suffer from arthritic knees and this is helping the pain. You do have to mix well in hot liquid but if you want a cold beverage, just pour the mixture over ice. It truly has no flavor. It's a fine powder that can also be added to hot cereal or other hot beverages.

I only just receive this product so I can’t say much about the benefits aside from what it claims and what is currently known about collagen consumption. I usually don’t buy into health fads until the scientific community has confirmed both the safety and the validity and in this case there is a scientific backing.I am very impressed by this product because not only is it loaded with premium ingredients, it is also so easy to take and digest. I wanted to buy collagen supplement but I knew there was no way I would stick to a regimen that required me to swallow 6 large pills a day. So to get to the point, this product blends so well that I couldn’t see or taste it in my morning coffee - and I used a heaping scoop. There was no remains in the bottom of the cup either. I’m very surprised by this. I use a nespresso coffee maker that produces a little foam on top and I could not tell the difference between my cup with this collagen powder added and my regular morning coffee and my coffee. I should also mention that there is 11 grams of protein in this and only 40 calories, which is an impressive ratio. Anyway, this product has provided an excellent first impression. Perhaps I will come back to review the health benefits and my anecdotal results.

Used for my skin - suffered from purpura. Spots vanished. Added to my coffee- it has no flavor.

This product is absolutely terrible. It made my face break out so bad. Every day that I used it was worse. And started clearing up as soon as I stopped. I mean breakouts all.over my whole face. Even in the under eye circles where I've never in my life had a pimple. It was like it made my pores dirty from the inside. It smelled awful as well so I suppose I should have know by that. I would recommend NOT to buy this. Try a different brand like vital proteins.

So, at the time of writing this....the description shows "$0.59/Ounce"....but this is a 16OZ container, and the current price is $14.99...making it more like $0.94 an ounce!!!! It's still less expensive than most...but it has its drawbacks....#1- Smell.....It does have a "funky" odor! Some people call it "fishy"....I don't see that...but the powder itself has an odor others don't seem to have...or its STRONGER than others!#2- Taste....We use it in HOT COFFEE! And if you have your coffee black...it DOES add a little more "flavor" to it that most powders...If you add a little cream and/or sugar...it's not bad at all....but it DOES add MORE "taste" to coffee than other brands we have tried#3- Dissolve....It does NOT dissolve as well as other brands!!!! Again...in HOT coffee....you can stir and stir and it takes longer to dissolve....and there are small "chunks" that in some cases do not dissolve at all!!!! When we are in a hurry in the AM..we don't want to spend 5 Min (not exaggerating) constantly stirring...BUT.....for the money...it's a good alternative if your on a budget! They say you get what you pay for...so this may not be as good as other brands...but for about 33% LESS than most brands....(Even with the CORRECT price per OZ...) it gets the job done.....and the customer seems good as they emailed me a thank you after the purchase!

Good powder for the price, leaves somewhat of an after taste is not used in something strong like coffee or a smoothie. Wish it dissolved better. Overall good buy

This collagen has really helped my hair & nailsto grow. I have 5 autoimmune diseases and Lupus has caused my hair to be weak, brittle and break easily. My hair is the longest it's ever been. This product doesn't have as strong a taste or smell as the one I got from the big box store and I mix it in a cup of Cranberry juice. I'm planning to up my intake to 2 or 3 times a day to see how much better my hair will grow! My nails are getting stronger too and not brittle or breaking like they used to be. I highly recommend this collagen powder to anyone wanting healthier hair & nails!

It works well as a collagen supplement if you can bare to stomach the god awful taste. Even with lots of sugar in hot drinks it tastes terrible.
