Excellent Quality
Berberine works but finding a quality product is essential. This is the best one I have found.

High Quality & High Absorption
I love Berberine, but its hard to find a good quality version that absorbs well. This brand has the best of both worlds, with great absorption and utilization. I take Two capsules daily with meals. it's lowered my blood sugar, my A1c, and helped me loose some weight over several months. I did so without even changing my diet or exercise. I will add updates, if necessary.

Improved glucose management through the day
Improved glucose control. In the morning my glucose would be 105 then would take two tablets and 30 min later would see a decrease in glucose to lower 90’s .

A Better Berberine Product.
Berberine is not very absorbable so anything that enhances it's absorbability is good. So far I like this supplement and would recommend giving it a try.

Helps My Blood Sugar Levels
Berberine supplements help regulate your blood sugar, as well as support heart health and liver functionality. These capsules are a regular size and easy to swallow. They are odorless and tasteless. The recommended dose is 1 - 2 capsules a day. With 90 capsules inside each bottle, this is a 1.5 - 3 month supply depending on how many capsules you take. I take 1 capsule in the morning with breakfast and plenty of water and have not had any stomach issues. I have not experienced any negative side effects, but have noticed some positive ones. The bottle is kind of expensive, but I think it is worth it. The Esseract BerberActiv-QAR appears to be a high quality supplement and I am pleased with the benefits I am experiencing so far.

Great with caution
I purchased this product to help lower cholesterol and have since learned it may amplify or reduce the effectiveness of prescribed medications for a variety of conditions, including statins, blood sugar medications, blood pressure medications, and others. Use with caution.

Unstable blood sugar.
Since I started taking in my blood sugar becomes higher I like to return it.

I dint think I needed this because when I take it, it gave me an extreme headache.
