No more missing toothpaste caps!
These really are amazing! And with 3 boys who would tell me they can't find the cap or that it has, once again, fallen down the drain. This has made it where their rogue hairs don't end up on the end of the toothpaste container after they've knocked off the sink! I was confused at first because I couldn't get the toothpaste to come out. After some investigating, I found that the tip had to be cut. Once we did that, it worked amazingly. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone with small children, not just 3 rambunctious little boys.

Handy Gadget for products in tubes
Whether it be a tube of toothpaste or other product, these squeezers help you keep the product toward the top for easy & efficient use. They are a little fragile for metal tubes, but with care, still very functional. Good product for the money.

Clever device, but rather pricey for a small piece of plastic
I can remember when toothpaste tubes were made of a material that was easy to squeeze. When you folded it over or rolled it up, it stayed that way. Now it is made of plastic and is impossible to keep rolled up. As a result, when the tube gets to be about half used, it is annoying to force the remaining toothpaste at the top of the tube so it can be easily dispensed. This toothpaste squeezer/roller does a great job of keeping the tube rolled up so that it is easy to squeeze out the contents. I was a bit confused by some of the negative reviews it has gotten: that it doesn't fit a standard tube of toothpaste or the tube can't be inserted into it or the tube does not remain rolled up. I use a standard name-brand toothpaste in a large size and have no problem inserting it and rolling it up in the squeezer. The only thing I can figure is that those reviewers did not know how to insert the tube into the squeezer properly. Granted, it does not come with instructions, but it is intuitively obvious that you must line the inner roller slit with the outside opening, insert the flattened bottom of the tube into both openings starting at the open edge of the squeezer, and then use the handle to roll it up. I do not find that it is difficult to roll. It does exactly what you would expect it to do: keep the tube rolled to the necessary point so that you can squeeze out the remaining toothpaste. The only reason I gave this four instead of five stars is that I find the cost high for such a small, uncomplicated piece of plastic. However, after looking around in discount stores, dollar stores, and the like, I could find no brick and mortar store that carried it. So I ordered it on Amazon, regardless of a too-high price. In fact, since I purchased it, Amazon has hiked the price up two dollars more than I paid. I like it a lot and would have no hesitation in buying another one, although I am waiting to see if they lower the price again. They may very well do so, since I find that their prices bounce around like ping pong balls. I do recommend this device, even at the cost it was hiked up to.

Doesn’t work
The media could not be loaded. These totally do not work like they’re supposed to unless I got a defective pack. I did what the package says and the toothpaste will not come out no matter how hard you squeeze. The only reason I’m keeping them is because it’s not worth the effort to send them back and they’re better than dealing with the screw on lid since they just pop on and off.

Plusses and minuses for arthritic hands
I bought this in the hopes that it would make squeezing the toothpaste tube easier with my arthritic hands. I had a nearly-empty tube that I started with. The squeezer went on relatively easily. There was more resistance to turning the little knob to roll up the tube than I was hoping for. It wasn't easy on my thumb joint. Once in place though, it was easier to dispense the toothpaste for several days before it needed to be rolled up some more. When I tried putting the roller onto a new tube of toothpaste, it wouldn't stay on. There wasn't enough tube for it to grip onto in order to stay attached. To stay on (at least for my brand of toothpaste) the squeezer has to be put on once there's a reasonable amount of product out of the tube.On the whole, I'll probably keep using this for when the toothpaste is less than half full. The pain from rolling up the tube periodically is less than pain of squeezing it daily.

They do work
After you place this cap on the tube pinch the tip and squeeze out air. If there's an air bubble it's difficult to squeeze paste. I love how these caps work and will recommend to my friends and family.

No more mess!
I bought these after my kids keep leaving globs of toothpaste everywhere and losing the lids to the toothpaste containers. These silicone self-closing caps are a game changer! No more mess or lost caps!
