No wind noise, looks great!
This thing is awesome, I don't know why I didn't get it sooner. It cuts out the wind noise, looks great on my Subie, and has helped a little with the gas mileage (still tracking the numbers). I'd recommend this to anyone looking to add to their rack. Be sure to get the right size also, I made the mistake of getting the size to large by mistake. Had to return it and order the 32".

Does what it should
I have a 2010 Hyundai Elantra Touring (wagon) and recently put Yakima crossbars on it. The noise going down the interstate was deafening. The howling started at 45mph and just went up from there. Being that I do a lot of interstate driving, I had to fix this.The fairing works perfectly. Even tearing it up at 85mph, there is no appreciable noise.My only complaint is the price. The product is a piece of plastic, with 3 plastic clips holding it. Honestly, how much does production of that cost? Guess they've got the market in a choke-hold... Also the big "Yakima" written across the front could be a little less... big. Fortunately some stickers have taken care of that.

Overpriced, but works fairly well.
Like other reviewers have said, this is an overpriced piece of plastic but I am not sure what other options you have. I tried to the smaller fairing from Yakima and that didn't really work. This cut down the noise considerably when our roof box is mounted - we had an annoying whistling sound before. It does not eliminate all noise, but makes a considerable difference.

The 32" fairing was the perfect size for the Subaru Legacy
I got a Yakima Round bar kit for a Subaru Legacy Wagon '07, and this created a lot of vibration / hum at over 35-40 mph. The 32" fairing was the perfect size for the Subaru Legacy, and completely eliminated wind noise / hum issues. If you have a Legacy or Outback, the round bar kid and fairing are practically mandatory since the rails are built into the roof anyway.

I've had this on my jeep for a year and ...
I've had this on my jeep for a year and the Yakima letters are literally gone!! Never seen this happen makes me wonder if I didn't buy a knock off!!

Product was not described well
Item does not fit all yakima roof racks, I have the whispbar roof rack and this does not fit the rack

Save gas, reduce noise, collect stickers
I purchased the Yakima fairing and have now been using it for over one month. It does what it says, saves a few miles per tank on gas and reduces wind noise by about 70% on my Subaru wagon. I think it actually makes the rack look better as well,

Great buy since the wind noise was really loud
After getting the Yakima RailGrab kit, I started hearing A LOT of wind noise, especially since I have a large sunroof. With this, I don't hear any noise. Great buy since the wind noise was really loud.
