Best garlic paste ever!

Really perks up a homemade soup and also pasta sauces. It doesn't add the same flavor as perfectly cooked minced garlic, but too many people burn/overcook their garlic in my opinion, and also the roasted garlic is too strong a flavor for a lot of recipes. It isn't harsh either like adding raw garlic from a press directly to a recipe. It is a paste, as it says, and is a lovely blend of garlic and oil. I love being able to add more toward the end of cooking to get just the right taste. Of course, when you want chunks of garlic in the food, roasted just so, I'd stick with fresh diced, or a mix of fresh for bite and texture, and this paste for added flavor.

I keep a tube of this in the refrigerator. Is easy to use and you don’t have to peel the garlic clove. Lasts for a long time too.

It was delivered and the box was all smashed. I'm It tastes good and is convenient to use on this tube but when I was down to the last 1/4 th of the tube it was all air. I was astonished to see nothing come out although I seemingly had plenty left on the tube. I wouldn't purchase again.
