Well made and easy to assemble. A few of the metal pieces had scratches but that's expected. Just remember: follow the instructions on how to install the springs. I started it my way and realized they know what they are doing when I could not stretch the springs! Then it was easy. Gert the ladder for sure. Extra charge. My daughter loves it. Review: I feel foolish for buying this - I wanted to love this product, but I just feel like a sucker who is easily parted from his money. I purchased the Jumpsport to replace a cheap, $200 trampoline that my family used and loved for 10 years. The newJumpsport seems adequate, but I see no differences that would justify the hugely higher price (more than double). The Jumpsport is almost exactly the same design, part-for-part, as my old cheap one. It could have come from the same factory. They claim better material, better springs, but better than what? the cheap one was awesome for 10 years. Better bounce? I don't think you could tell any difference in a side-by-side test. Any claims by Jumpsport of superior quality or performance seem to be all marketing hype. How about small, USA-based, family business? Sounds warm and fuzzy, but I had a minor problem with the order and deliver that I called customer service about. Their attitude was "you bought it, it's your problem now." To my fellow consumers, do yourself a favor and buy a $300 trampoline. They have almost identical specifications and will probably function perfectly for a decade. Remove the logos and I don't think you could tell the difference. To Jumpsport, you can do better. Give me a reason to love your product, talk nice to me on the phone, anything so I don't have to feel so foolish about my decision to buy your product.

what a great trampoline!
Excellent quality - very sturdy and easy to assemble. Able to put it together primarily by myself and took about 3 hours for trampoline base and another hour for the safety net. High price compared to other tramps - but the quality of this product justifies it. Daughter and friends love it. Make sure you get the ladder for it as it is high off the ground.

Safety features broke down after less than 2 years.
My husband and I, after a lot of research felt confident that the JumpSport Elite 10' trampoline was a perfect fit for our kids, feeling that the safety features were top notch and that the kids would get many years of use off of this investment. While we did purchase the trampoline direct from JumpSport and did our due diligence to ensure we could receive the full effect of the warrenty we are seeing the safety features break down after just under 2 years of use. The elastic on the button tie downs for the padding are shredding. The straps that hold the net in place are also beginning to wear down and several have already snapped. The thin vinyl T strap that holds up the padded sleeve on the metal poles that hold up the netting have torn and the sleeves have slipped down. In general this trampoline, or more correctly the safety features that we felt so good about are failing. The jump pad and the framing are all in beautiful condition, but upon speaking with a JumpSport rep it was explained that it was the pad and springs and frame that has the longest warrenty, whereas the items that are failing on our system have a 90 day warrenty. I could not recommend this system to a friend in California, where we live. We have heat in the summer and rain in the winter and perhaps that is what is causing the soft parts to become corrupted, but these units are designed to be outside, so I'm left with severe buyers remorse over our trampoline. I hope to have some better news about how JumpoSport will help us with this, for now I am to send pictures detailing the problems and will add those to this review for reference. I would not recommend this this system to anyone.

Less than perfect
We just finished assembling our Elite 12', and I had bought it with the belief that the springs would be inaccessible. This is not actually the case. The spring pads do not attach at the inner edge, only the outer edge, and periodically the middle. Nor does the net prevent access to the springs, as the bottom rests on the pad. So hands, or toes could possibly slip underneath the edge of the pad, and get pinched. Had I known this ahead of time, I probably would have gone with a spring-free design. On the plus side, I do think the construction materials are heavy duty, and durable, with the possible exception of the plastic ball-shaped caps that top the poles, and hold the straps for the net. I fear they may degrade in the hot Texas sun, and need replacing every year. Will have to wait and see on that. Other notes: assembly was not difficult or especially time consuming, but does require two people. We did have a couple of errors we had to go back and correct. It helps to read ahead in the instructions. Total time, including the ladder, was 4 hours.

Great outside fun for the entire family.
JumpSport trampoline provides great exercise and tons of fun for my grandchildren. The kids absolutely love it and spend so much more time outside. The trampoline to very sturdy and the padding is nice and thick. My daughter and her husband love this for their children.

This is a very good quality trampoline that will last for years
A huge hit with our 2 1/2 year old son, and with all the kids that visit! This is a very good quality trampoline that will last for years. It was relatively simple to put together (takes a couple of hours without rushing). Highly recommended.
