Plus size and it fits
Works as described, I am a plus size woman size 22 to 24 carry most of my weight in my stomach and it fit me fine! If your waist is small compared to your belly you should be fine getting it if plus size. It was easy to make the hoops bigger and smaller. Really poofs your dress out
