I just changed my review to 3 stars from 1 because I flipped over the connection going into my phone's USB-C Port, and it works MUCH better. Would've given another star if there were any instructions stating the limitation. In my case, the ARKtek logo needs to be facing me when plugged in.This was my original review:Audio coming through headphones when plugged into this sounds like a work out audio cassette tape. I bought this type-c connector for my phone, as with most review out there, IT DOES NOT WORK! It will provide a slow charge, but not the audio output! Tried it on four different phone and still the same, so i am safe to say it does not work with Sony Xperia XZs, HTC U11, Asus Zenfone AR and Moto Z2 force. Look somewhere and do not waste your money!

The ARKTECH does not work for IPad Pro 11in., I bought 2 pieces and tried both. When plugged into IPad the sound still emits from the tablet not the ear phones. Seller should try the product before advertising that it is compatible with the device.

If you are looking for a solution to charge and listen to music on your OnePlus 6T, look somewhere else, because this isn't it.

Received 2 of these and it works for sound but not for charging. And if you try to do both at the same time it doesn't work completely. Bought 1 that was 1 dollar from China and it worked
