Didn't meet my expectations
The front cover doesn't stay closed, but rather it "flaps" leaving a gap. The case is so thick on the back that the fingerprint scanner is all but inaccessible. The prop/ stand position doesn't hold. It also came with a link to download the smart case app, but when I tried to download, a warning popped up stating it may contain malware. Not happy.**update **They contacted me soon after I requested a return slip and offered me a 30%discount instead if a full refund/ return. They also gave the option to return if I still wanted to. They were apologetic and seemed willing to make sure I was satisfied.

Not durable and creates a dead space don't buy!
Loved how this looks, but isn't holding up at all. The bottom cracked and the back is peeling. Can't recommendUpdate: it also creates a dead space on the screen...I went through a ton of trouble thinking it was the phone and the culprit was this case. It's also cracked even more on the bottom. Waste of money!

Download site flagged by Norton for malware!
The case is not great but would be physically satisfactory if I could safely download the required software. Both the QR Code and the website produce immediate warnings from Google and Norton. According to Norton the site is known to contain malware. I reorted this to the vendor and received an immediate response that they would give me a new code. That was two weeks ago. I tried the QR Code and URL again this morning. I got the same warnings again. I will wait 3 days to see if it is corrected and, if not, will return the item.Unless this is corrected, I STRONGLY URGE YOU NOT TO BUY THIS PRODUCT! I will update this in 3 days if there is a change.

The photos are not accurate. Your photos make it seem as if the case itself lights up in the front like the official samsung cases. Thats not true. Its literally see through. Does this case stay closed? Nope. The only accurate thing is that this case does fold into tent mode. I am returning. The phone is actually out now. How about using real photos

Excellent Case Design for Smasung Galaxy Notes
I had this case for my Note 8, and now for my Note 9. It's an awesome case with lots of protection, and looks great all the time.

The top cover is see thru
It really protects my phone and lets me see who is calling, since the cover is clear and see thru. Love it!

2* Here is why.Case doesn't fully close. App couldn't recognize the case. You get what you pay for. I'll just save my money and get me the actual Samsung smart case. Sorry guys, better luck next time.
