Gave my father his dignity back!
Purchased for my 85 year old father who loses full bladder control at times. He had too hard of a time getting on adult pull ups, plus he hated wearing those and felt embarrassed. Bought him these briefs and he loves them. Easy to get on for him too. We do add a Depends incontinence guard inside the cup of the briefs and it has held the urine wonderfully!! Gave my dad some dignity back! Wears them every day!

Great produce
I'm an old guy...73 and have some issues with the dribble. These are quite expensive but do a pretty good job of keeping your outer pants dry if you dribble a little. The price is better when you buy 4 and get a 5th one for free. I have bought them several times and they last for quite a few washings.

Better fit , would like the waist band to be heavier & wider to keep it from rolling up under my fat belly.

Bedding still wet when worn over a pull-up. :(
I was so excited to try these. Our special needs soon still wears pull-ups at night and we wash bedding 3 to 5 times a week because they leak. I was hoping this product worn over the top of his pull-ups would have been our solution. But nope, bedding was still wet in the morning. :(They appeared to be very comfortable and I liked the sleek fit as jammies still fit over them. The padding was just in front and I'm thinking we need it all around his bum as pee can leak out from his pull-ups while laying down from any angle.I'm glad I only bought one pair as they can't be returned. :(

Finally!
Well the pads my hubby used irritate the skin so I bought these and he has no problems with irritation any more he is more comfortable. I think they are to expensive. But they work for my guy!

You feel less stressed.
You can go out, instead of just looking through the window. Get at least three, one on one in wash one for accident they can take long time to dry, can be put in dryer but don't last as long.

Very comfortable fit and not conspicuous to ware.Absorbency effective for minor leakage.Would recommend.

Great pants for light urinary incontinence.
My husband wears them with a medium pad as well, keeps him dry!

Nice and comfy
Second pair I’ve bought does the job in case of leakage with a catheter in place I’m usually a XL and they came up a bit tight so I’d go one size up
