Second Update, May 20,2017:Antonios "made it right", and then some!!FABULOUS customer service, and the product makes divine salad dressing!!! I will most definitely be ordering from Kouzini again!!! I'd have given 10 stars if I could!Update: I changed from one star to 5 because the seller has already contacted me via email to "make it right". My 1 star rating had more to do with the fact that there must have been a hairline crack in the bottle because when I set it on my counter top, I came home to a puddle of the balsamic all over my counter yesterday...I picked up the bottle, and the bottom was completely cracked off. Very disappointing because while it smelled fabulous, I wasn't able to use it.

As a person who loves to cook and comes from a family of great cooks, I saw this product used on Ming's TV show. I never heard of blueberry balsamic vinegar but he and his guest raved about it. Sitting there with my ipad in hand, I ordered this hoping for the best. It's beyond my wildest expectations. There's a sweetness and depth of flavor that is spiritual. Today, I poured a smattering on some blackberries, sprinkled a little superfine sugar on first and when I ate it, I thought I died and went to heaven. Can't wait to try it on other fruits. You are all entitled to a treat. This is it.

Ordered this to give it a try. It had a great taste and consistency. Consistency was half way between a glaze reduction and a plane Balsamic vinegar.

I try to maintain a diet of clean Whole Foods. I found Kouzini on Amazon and first purchased a sampler pack. I loved them all. I use a balsamic as my dressing on salads and as marinades on my pork and chicken.

This is my second order of this vinegar. I hesitate to even call it vinegar. Its more like blueberry syrup with a kick. It's very thick and fragrant. I love it on my salads and on toast (instead of jelly). I ended up giving this as Christmas gifts to family.

This is my favorite salad topping! The flavor is so rich and I love how its a little bit thicker than most balsamic vinegars.Pairs perfectly with the Kouzini EVOO!
