Conté à ParisSoft Pastels with 40 Assorted Colors

I like most of the colors, but some have some hard spots that make them hard to use.Overall I'm happy with them, they work great on sanded paper.

Bought for a gift and was well received.

i tried hard to like these conte pastel sticks; but no matter how I applied them - as base layer or combining with other pastel brand (Sennelier, Rembrandt, Mungyo, Faber Castell), they dont blend or stick well with any of these brands and even on the best pastel paper. So, I'll have to write this set off since i can't return them due to expiration beyond the window of return date and give it a 1 star.
