I can sleep!
I have issues with anxiety and have had trouble falling and staying asleep. I have taken prescription medicine in the past to assist. These drops have really helped me to get 8 hours of sleep and not make me feel groggy when I wake up.

This works.
I had insomnia but no more. I take it with 10mg melatonin, and vegan magnesium gummy drops and now have deep sleep and get up early now (versus awake all night and barely sleeping by day). The melatonin, and gummy drops alone nor any meds DID NOT help me sleep at night. This product is the base I needed to actually fall asleep.
