I'm impressed. I was skeptical. I mean, it just sounds too good to be true, right? I read every review and was still on the fence, and because you may be too, I am writing this review. First of all, it does work. You will see a noticeable difference in how your waist looks and how you feel. My father noticed the difference immediately after not seeing me for a week, exclaiming,"You've lost weight!" I didn't quite believe he was saying it, considering I had only been using the belt for two days, but I could feel the difference. I have been using the belt inconsistently for about a month now, and I have lost at least 2-3 inches around my middle. But even with inconsistent use, my clothes fit differently and look differently on me. As others have commented in their reviews, the belt obviously requires consistent use over time to assist in shedding stubborn belly fat. Diet and exercise, of course, would greatly improve efforts, but I have done neither--not really. However, as I have seen my waist shrink noticeably smaller and tighter, I have also become a bit more conscientious of what I consume. A shrinking waist is quite the motivator! The belt works and is helpful in many ways, including, yes, aiding digestion. After use, the belt makes me feel a bit more energetic and noticeably lighter. In the mornings, when suffering from a sluggish start, I lie in bed and use the belt for one 15-minute interval, and I feel lighter, more energetic, and ready to start my day. If I get an opportunity to use the belt for at least an hour a day, I feel triumphant, but life itself can get in the way, and unfortunately, I do not always get that hour. A wireless/rechargeable version would be ideal so you're not held hostage by an outlet, but the belt works, so it is worth the inconvenience. My waist is no where near where I want it to be, but I working on it, and the belt is helping.

ADD comment on 3/28, more than 1 months after buying this: This is absolutely what I need after workout! I use it to massage my legs after work-out and I don't feel any muscle sore the next day! Original: This product is recommended by my friend, who knows that I am worried about my postpartum loose belly, and that I don't really have time to go to the gym. She had the same situation as I do and had a real good experience with this product. When it arrived I thought it would be kind of heavy to put it on my belly, but the truth is, I don't feel the weight at all after putting it on. I have tried it for 2 days, and there are some pros and cons that I would like to write down for other buyer's reference.Pro: 1. 3 levels to adjust, rotate, heavier shake and shake-it-off, I start with the mild level and then level up gradually;2. Not expensive compared to other weight-loose massage equipments. I bought a similar one when I was in collage, it was bigger and twice this much price;3. Also helps me relax my waist and release waist discomfort due to carrying my daughter all day long, this is like a bonus, I didn't expect it either;Cons:I wish it is chargeable so that I am able to rush to my daughter with this when hearing her cry! But if you don't have the same issue, this is not a problem at all. I wear this during my night routine in the lounge and it's perfect. I would definitely purchase again if there is cordless version coming up.

I never ever write reviews on any products I've purchased on Amazon but I have to with this one because...THIS DOES NOT WORK!! DON'T BUY IT!! WASTE OF MONEY!! With my portion control and exercise, this doesn't do much of anything!! I put on the highest intensity and I can barely feel anything. Also, the belt is so heavy and the fact that you have to stay in one spot because you have to plug it in it's very annoying. I'm better off with the abs stimulator I've repurchased on Amazon and I see more improvement on that than I do with this one AND it's cordless so you can do whatever you want while you have it on!!

I got this for post abdominoplasty and tummy tuck surgery. I was not going to pay to get extra massages done i can use this for middle sides, and my back i like the fact it helps with swollen area i don't feel pain even on high volume but it does give an itchy sensation but that is with all vibration machines. I focus it on what ever section I desire in my midsection trying to achieve a flatter tummy I turn it every 5 minutes to a different area. My waist is now 32 inches on top and 34 in low section I still have swollen going on since I'm only 7 weeks post op but this helps me also with period cramps and bloating this is an honest review I purchased it with my own money full price I only wanted to help anyone that might need something similar since I could not find any reviews for post op machines . If you have any questions I will be happy to answer it. It is easy to use no instructions needed just press the levels tou want it on . I do think the price is a little high. But definitely a good machine for post tummy surgery

I cannot believe I paid what i did for this but am unable to return now. I was expecting it to do a little more than it does. This thing is easy to put on and pretty simple to use in regards to the buttons. I have used it 1-2 x per day since receiving it. Other reviews claim that it helps with digestion and constipation. I have yet to see any changes. I feel the rollers should be larger than they are. I’m a petite medium size figure. Unless you have someone else around to help you place it on your back and shoulders it worthless on the shoulders and not easy to do. The device is too bulky to use on the shoulders as pictured . So far I have only been able to use it on the tummy and low back area. It is noisy but not so bad that it is disturbing. I think the cord should also be longer than it is to add convenience. I will continue to use it and hope it makes a difference... maybe update my review once I see something happen.

After having two babies, it’s really hard for me to get back to the original body shape in my belly and waist part, though I tried to go to gym , kept active etc. the middle section is the hardest. I’m 5’3 and now 113 pounds ( youngest baby is 1 year old now). 8 pounds to go to my before baby body shape. Tried my luck to look for something on amazon. I like this product for how easy to use it. I just plug it in and use it whill I used my laptop or watch TV. Several model to chose and my favorite is the auto model. I got it almost 2 weeks and I think it works well on my belly part. Like to leave a 5 star review and see how it could help me for long term. Still, I think this product should combine exercise, healthy diet if u want t loose weight , esp on the middle section.

I loved it for the ONE day I used it it felt amazing and it was super easy to use I wear it while I work since I work from home it would have been perfect. But I got it over the weekend and I only used it once so for it to not work 2/3 days later is very concerning. It upsets me because I didn’t even hesitate to buy this product when someone mentioned it to me. But now it’s real upsetting that it wants to work whenever it wants sometimes doesn’t even turn on. And yes everything is plugged in right I mean it’s only two plugs super easy set up and how to use just doesn’t work after a day.

Sehr einfach zu benutzen. Ich habe ihn seit zehn tage, und habe das Gefühl es hilf mir mein bauch zu steifen...ob ich auch abnehmen werde...weiß ich noch nicht. Vier Sterne weil es laut ist.
