How i re-seasoning the griddle grill?

I’m not sure, as I use this on a hibachi griddle top. I have to believe there’s a non-stick coating on the waffle iron? If so, you’ll need to see how it does/doesn’t work on these types of surfaces. I wish I could have been more helpful.
