Possibly much healthier than other artificial sweeteners
I recommend this product highly to normal people, unless you have the rare metabolic disease, PKU, otherwise known as phenylketonuria. This product has the advantage of being PURE aspartame and of breaking down in the stomach into amino acids which are harmless to normal people. Thus it is more similar to natural sugar than other artificial sweeteners, in that like them, it does not remain to pass through the entire GI system. Other artificial sweeteners do not do that, and continue to stimulate taste buds throughout the entire GI system. Yes, there are taste buds throughout the ENTIRE GI system, and their function is unknown at present. Furthermore, it does appear from recent scientific research that artificial sweeteners that do not break down in the stomach have unhealthy and negative metabolic effects, promoting obesity. While I have read a complaint that this product does not dissolve easily, I have found that it instantly dissolves into a volume of WARM fluids. When I have placed it into a SMALL quantity of COLD fluid, such as a wet glass, otherwise empty, it crystalizes into a form resistant to dissolving.

Does not dissolve easily
Good product to money ratio when you consider just how strong this is compared to regular sugar. However, as other reviewers have mentioned, the product does not dissolve easily, sometimes even when mixing into hotter liquids. The product did not work well for my intended purpose, which was essentially making diet flavored sodas. If you intend on purchasing this product for a similar purpose, I would not recommend it. However, if you are looking at adding it to teas/coffee's than it may work, however, your results may vary.

Excellent
The taste us excellent. It's equal without the fillers and without the stupid packets. I like sweet tea, and used to use around 2cups of sugar per gallon. One tablespoon of this is perfect for a gallon of sweet tea. I did have some clumping in there first gallon. Learned to put the aspartame in first, then pour the steeped tea over and shake it really well before filling the gallon the rest of the way.

Great product and lasts a long time
I have diabetes and cannot use Equal anymore as it contains Dextrose and Maltodextrin which spike my blood sugar. I decided to try using this to make my own blend with Allulose. It works great. Between the two the taste and sweetness is pretty spot on the same as table sugar in my tea or coffee, hot and cold. I've used it for home made hot chocolate, add AFTER heating up the milk and cocoa. I also use this mix for some no cook deserts. Aspartame is VERY SWEET, a little goes a long way. I purchased this quite some time ago and am just getting down to the last third of the bag. I will be purchasing again.

Probably a one-off bad batch, given the other reviews
Other reviews vouch for its purity, but I found it to be quite weak compared to a packet, requiring about 5x as much, and didn't taste as good. 8 months later, the bag still sits unused. I suppose I will try another brand.

NOT ASPARTAME IN THAT BOTTLE. SUGAR REACTION.
After some research, I believe aspartame to be safe. It doesn't dissolve in water very well, but it will sweeten tea no problem. There is one issue though:WHAT I RECEIVED IN THE BOTTLE, UNDER THE LABEL ASPARTAME IS NOT ACTUALLY ASPARTAME.I measure my blood sugar religiously. Aspartame should not cause an increase in sugar. My sugar spiked 30 points(which is a lot) half an hour after having a cup of tea with it. It's not aspartame.

Excellent in drinks. Very very concentrated.
I like my coffee sweet and I drink a lot of koolaid style drinks for hydration. This stuff works very well for me. The only issue is measurement. It's so concentrated that 1/16 tsp will make a very sweet cup of coffee.

Not really powder
Is more granular than powder, but that might be a good thing since any powder left on surfaces would be a significant loss of material (its so potent). But I couldnt get it to dissolve properly, even in hot tea.
