My cat has trouble with hairballs, the coconut oil in this food really helps. The 6oz can is the perfect size. However, it is expensive.

It's the only food my 18 years old cat eat. Took a while to try out many different options.

My two cats are literally solid gold cats. Will not eat anything else. Well my local pet stores were out of stock on the flavors of solid gold canned the cats will both eat. I set up repeat delivery as they both need to eat and I need the food regularly. I wound up with a good amount, so I did not open this box until 40 days after delivery. (I alternate meals between different flavors) This lot of turkey is bad. I mean BAD. The food is light almost white, not dark like it typically is, smells well not like turkey. The smell is a cross between tuna and chicken. My son is responsible for feeding the cats and said mom there is something not right with this food its just wrong, both color and smell. So if a teenager noticed it ya know its bad. He put both bowls down and neither cat would touch it. He opened a can of salmon and they both ate. I purchased a can of turkey from my local pet store to compare and yep the color and smell are completely different and they ate the pet store can. Im disappointed that I am out over fourty for this purchase as it is not returnable. I have canceled my repeat delivery for solid gold.

I have noticed my cat running over anytime I use coconut oil and trying to lick the lid. When the cat stopped eating Wellness food, I decided to try Solid Gold....Our cat finished this food in one sitting, which is unusual for her! She loves both Turkey and Chicken flavors alike. I woild give it 5 stars but the vendor mixed up Turkey and Salmon flavors (refer to the image assigned to the amazon item, not what the order states), so I hppe to get Salmon next time I order Salmon....

What can I say besides that my cat seems rot love it. I had gotten another canned food that she wasn’t fond of. If I mixed in with this I could get her to eat the non-preferred food.

I've not had this problem before but unfortunately, all 3 of my kitties refused to eat this. I have to add mix-ins to it. I can only assume they don't like the flavor because the ingredients are good for a fair price. Maybe your kitty will like it.
