Earise Q8 2.1 USB Computer Speakers System, 3.5mm (Black)

The sound was very good considering the size and price. I actually had to turn down the system volume on my computer because I wasn't expecting that much power from these.I only had them set up for about a week or so, so I can't address the durability. However, I had to send these back because there is a loud static sound that constantly comes out of the speakers, even when there is nothing playing through them. I am willing to believe that I received a defect, but I won't know unless I buy another set (I was only given the option to receive a refund). If I buy them again, I will update this review.Update:I ordered a 2nd pair and they immediately started making that loud, consistent static, even with no sound coming out of the computer. In fact, we boxed them up and were ready to send them back; but I decided to record a short video so you guys could hear the sound for yourself. After hooking them back up to the computer...no more static!I waited a couple of days and still couldn't recreate the sound. However, I ordered a different pair when we boxed these up, so we now have these hooked up to my wife's computer, and they are working fine.Update: After a few months of minimal use on my wife's computer, one of the speakers stopped working so it is useless. We'll have to try another set of speakers.

They are smaller than I expected from the pictures. The sound quality is crystal clear, and the treble/bass knobs adjust the sound better than expected. They don't put out enough sound or bass to rattle the windows, but for $20 they fill the entire downstairs of my house. Cord is long enough to reach from computer to desk and place speakers on either side of monitor. Power is drawn from 5v USB so no extra wall outlet needed is a plus. These are great for presentations on a laptop due to the portability and not needing an outlet. 5 stars for price, quality, shipping, and overall satisfaction.

Fantastic Sound with a woofer, which actually gives bass response. The overall look and finish of the speakers and woofer are very nice and shiny. The control unit has chrome knobs, a chrome speaker accented woofer and a shiny black front balance flat black. The speakers are two tone tone white and black, front shiny black balance flat black. The overall sound quality is very good, from the bass guitar in Sweet Home Alabama up through piano and the bird singing in Free Bird by Lynyrd Skynyrd. For PC stereo speakers it would be hard to find better sounding and better looking set.

I bought this for my 9 year old son's 24" Seiki TV. It has a 5w usb on the tv that powers the speakers perfectly. It transformed the TV. It sounds decent! I would recommend this to anyone who is not an audiofile and just needs good overall sound. Small flatscreens have horrible speaker setups. This works great in those situations or for a computer. For the price it is great.

My speakers on my 26" tv blew out. These are not much better. There is definitely middle zone missing. Worth 20 I guess. But wish I had better.

The audio is fear but what it cost, the most disappointing part is it does not fit well with desk top. The speaker cords will not reach.

Its pretty good for the price. If you turn up the speaker volume on the actual speaker all the way it distorts. Gotta play with it. Great for watching tv in bed.

Sound crackles a little when adjusting volume. Woofer is a little tinnier than the set it replaced. Still worth the money.
