Try these before you purchase anything else!!!
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. These are great booties for pre/beginner walkers. I've done my research. New walkers are not supposed to wear hard soled shoes. If shoes have rubber soles, the rubber should be extremely flexible. (Side note: So as a backup I also ordered KDHAO Baby Kids Comfortable Winter Girls Boys Waterproof Boots Rain Hiking Snow Boots(Todder/ Little Kid) Brown 6 M Toddler for $19.99.- which are also great!!) We live in Minnesota and need warm boots that our 11 month old can move around in. We haven't had rain or snow since I got the booties so I'm not sure if these are actually water-proof or even water-resistant (I don't feel like running them under the faucet to find out), but for $13.99 who cares!! They keep his feet warm while we are out on walks in the stroller, running errands, and while he is playing in the yard. He just started walking last week and has no trouble walking in these. He is happy to have them put on and he keeps them on. His feet measure about 13cm. The 12-18 month fit perfectly. I tried $55 Sorel boots, they were heavy, clunky, and have very hard soles. I tried $35 Robeez and he kept tripping over them. I do recommend socks with these booties since there is an elastic band that runs across the back of the ankle and could potentially rub the skin (see photo). But again, for $13.99 these are well made, warm booties that honestly if you don't like at least you're not out $35-60 dollars!! Try these before you buy anything else!!!!! **December 4th, 2016: I am adding to my previous post. First, I turned the booties inside out and washed with other clothes on cold, then air-dried by our floor vent. Came out as good as new!! I still love these boots, but they are not as advertised. My son went out in the snow today. He walked in half a centimeter of snow on the sidewalk and his feet were super soaked!!! These boots are not waterproof, they are not even a little bit water resistant. They soaked up the wetness like a sponge. Still great cozy booties, but keep them dry!!!! Because of this I'm giving 4, not 5, stars.

Loved these. Weve had them all winter
Loved these. Weve had them all winter. All other baby slippers always fall of my babies feet. These ones with the velcro straps have been staying on.*if my review is helpful, please let Amazon know by hitting the YES helpful button :)

Cute but not waterproof
Cute shoes and nicely padded inside. The Velcro straps on top are good and secure. However, these are not waterproof, which is the entire reason I had purchased them. My daughter walked on wet pavement (No active rain and no puddles) and when I went to take the shoes off, the insides of the shoes, her socks and feet were wet. Very disappointing.

LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!! Great for mild and super cold days.
So I ordered these by Prime on Oct 10 and got them Oct 12 and had to use them Oct 13 (Whew! just made it) Here in central Ohio weather can be unpredictable. I have a VERY wiggly 7 month old, he was born 5 weeks early (a preemie) so is a month behind in size (16.5 lbs = 6month old) so these fit very well with about half an inch of growth space. As you can see in one picture he learned really fast how velcro works so be ready for your little one to want to explore it as well. They are very well made, and are very thick and insulated well. Today it was about 40 degrees and windy so these were perfect. They are SUPER easy to put on and take off, but secure well with the double Velcro latch. There is also a stretch band that helps the ankle part fit snug around your little one's ankle so they wont slip off even with rough play, crawling or learning to walk. I will get these again when he grows out of them. Completely worth the money.

Five Stars
Fits wonderfully. Warm and lightweight so they don't get ripped off two minutes into a car trip! I saw a lot of reviews complaining about the "less than water-proofness" of the boots, but they're also listed as soft sole and prewalker, so I'm not sure those reviewers are really thinking too hard before purchasing. My kid is 14 months and these are perfect for him. They are not perfect for sledding or splashing in puddles, but they are great for walking to the car and subzero temperatures and toddlers who can't seem to keep a **** boot on. A+ Also, this photo is taken after having walked around in muddy snow a few times and having these boots machine washed and dried on regular cycles.

Water absorbing snow boots?
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Just uploaded my video product review of these useless booties.CONS: THEY ABSORB WATER. These booties falsely advertise as moisture proof but are only resistant (and not “proof”) on the UPPERS... while the soles ABSORB water like a towel. As you can see from my video, the water beads on the uppers but is sucked in right away when it hits the sole, making the interior synthetic plush fabric damp. Further, when I poured water into the bootie, water streams out around the sole lining and the sole itself.THEY PROVIDE NO SLIP RESISTANCE. My barely cruising 11 month old slipped and fell twice within 10 minutes of putting these on just by STANDING.PROS: Would keep your NON-STANDING/NON-WALKING baby’s feet warm while in a stroller.Another junk Chinese product. Returning.

Love These!!
These are great! My son is 15 months old but wears a 6-9 month size shoe. I cannot find any decent snow boots for him in his size that will actually protect his feet. I found a snowsuit finally that the bottoms of the legs folds over and decided to try these boots to keep his feet warm and dry. They are great! They fit his feet perfectly and have a bit of elastic around the ankle to help keep them from slipping off. They open wide so it is easy to get his foot inside and they have a double velcro strap. They are lined too and will help keep his feet warm. He won't be able to walk in the snow in these but can wear them under his snowsuit with the bottoms folded over to protect from the cold and wetness. This morning the real feel temp in our area was -6 when I had to drop him off at his babysitter and these kept his feet very warm in the car on the way there. I highly recommend these for non-walkers or general extra warmth!!
