Black, not bronze
These are powder coated black, not brushed bronze like the technical description says. That said, they are made from metal rather than plastic and put together well. Be aware that the switch is on the cord. It is mentioned in the description but still took me by surprise. It makes them harder to use than lamps with the switch in the traditional position under the shade.

Small, but well built
Assembled, it comes in at just under 19 inches tall. Although the the metal is rather lightweight its wide base make tipping an improbability. It's a fine lamp.
