I return VERY few items to Amazon and am a frequent shopper. Unfortunately, this item had to go back. Bought this for an 8 year old who wanted a smart watch, but there was no way she was getting an apple watch. This seemed to have all the features that that she wanted and promised that I could even track her in an emergency. The watch looks great, but the problem was with functionality. Problems started with set up. It took a combination of 2 frustrated adults to get the cellular card in place, activate the card through the recommended cellular company, program contacts on my cell phone, and wait a whole day for those contacts to synch to the device. The graphics are really girly and childish, which I think she'd like in a silly way, however, it didn't swipe easily to get to the functions. I'd have to swipe multiple times to get to the available screen functions. There's no way the 8 year old would have the patience to swipe left 6 times, then try swing right 7-8 times before it swiped anywhere. Even when I got to the right screen it was hit or miss on whether I could make or receive a call. We were never able to get the device to track the watch within a 5 mile radius. It would just tell us she was on a random road in the next town even when she was standing right next to me. We never figured out how to play or even find any games because just because I was able to swipe one screen, I couldn't always get through a few screens to swipe to find the games screen. So I am returning this item to get my $40+ dollars back. Disappointed though. I had high hopes.

Connectivity is bad. Messaging is late and not water proof like it said 👎🏾👎🏾
