Cool Features
Unlike most fans, that have simple speed adjustments, this has 3 modes. in 2 of them, the fan speeds up and slows down, mimicking the wind. as it oscillates, it slows and speeds up to keep the air moving without blasting you out. So you push the air around, and not your hair.Took about 15 minutes to assemble; it's pretty straightforward. note that the nut on the fan motor turns CLOCKWISE to remove. It's printed on there, but i didn't see it until struggling with it for a few minutes.the remote works great. it needs 2 AAA batteries that are not included. Not a problem at my house.Quiet operation, good for a large room - it's going in my wife's classroom. So - yeah, I think this is pretty cool unit.

A solid fan
It’s fairly quiet and produces a strong breeze. I really like the natural breeze option. Biggest con was assembly. The instructions weren’t very detailed and I had a difficult time getting the fan blades and grill attached to the motor head.

Nice fan with great features - solid but easy to put together
Very happy with this fan. Larger than I expected with all the bells and whistles. Putting it together was easy enough - took me 5 minutes. Was well packaged and comes with a great warranty. At first I had a bit of trouble getting the band which holds the front and back fan blade protector on but once it’s on it looks way better than other fans. I secured it around the back portion first (not tightened) and then snapped the top piece in. The base is solid and heavy and it’s quiet enough. I see other reviewers saying it isn’t super quiet. It does make some fan noise (which I actually like at night) but it’s way quieter than my last fan.

Quiet and great airflow
It is a great product, great airflow, easy to move - I just wish they would add a holster for the remote control.

I would have given this product a 5 star but...
The fan has a very powerful airflow and is almost whisper quiet...BUT...it is absolutely impossible to connect the front grate to cover the blade. They provide this plastic strip that is somehow supposed to connect the two grates and it simply does not work. The simple clips like most other fans use would have been the simple answer. My husband has been running back and forth to Home Depot trying to find a clip that might work. Disappointing.

Blade Broke
The biggest problem is the lack of customer support. WHAT A JOKE.. The fan blade shattered sending it everywhere. And then suddenly the product is "No longer available". Which means no support, no contact info and Amazon leaves you hangin out to dry...
