PPE that use the EN388 method are marked with a CE label and 4 numbers corresponding to the scores received in each of the mechanical tests.  Pakel 5300-30 gloves are rated 3/5 in abrasion, 5/5 in cut, 4/5 in tear and 3/5 in puncture.   This product is the protective good, dedicated to the user protection which protects against medium degree risks. Don't use these when wire-brushing!
These are great gloves and are very comfortable to wear, however under no circumstances use these while using a wire brush on any power tool. I in a moment of stupidity used a wire brush on a drill and it caught on the back of a glove, the brush went under the glove and removed the skin from the back of my hand and managed to get the brush well embedded in the glove. The glove took no damage even though it stalled the drill i found after unravelling it.You have been warned.
