I was delighted to have found this cardigan poncho cape design, and even had prompt and kind responses from the seller before I made my purchase. I then ordered the Navy/Gray. Upon arrival, the fabric looked beautiful, and was soft. I especially loved that it didn't feel scratchy against my arms.I'm sure most everyone would agree that it's a good idea to clean or wash any piece of clothing before wearing, so when I carefully cleaned the poncho, exactly as per the instructions, I was sad to see that the very thinly serged edge -- all around the piece -- showed a small amount of fraying. When I looked closely, I realized that if the serged edge would have been wider and/or a bit heavier, this fraying would likely have not happened. (I used to be a professional seamstress, so I know about this from experience.) So, I decided that when I had the time, I would myself sew on an edge cover, or added hem.Then I began to wear the poncho. After the first wear, I noticed that the piece wrinkled to a great degree, and looked terrible after I got out of the car, for instance. I was rather embarrassed when I discovered how wrinkled it was. This is what unfortunately caused me to give the tree star rating.So the fabric is beautiful, but for me, the edges could have been finished better, and I truly wish that it did not wrinkle so badly.

Love this beautiful poncho! The fabric is so soft and I agree that it looks more expensive than what the actual cost. It is perfect for these cool spring mornings/evenings; I think it's too light for winter. It is a bit voluminous and large for my short/small frame (under 5'5") but I love it so much I'm keeping it. UPDATE - well, after a single wash--following instructions to a T - the ends frayed and I can no longer use it. I contacted the seller; no reply.Feb 2021 UPDATE: The seller contacted me and replaced the item+ the gesture was much appreciated and I'm delighted they wanted to make this right even after all this time. Only 3 stars for now since I don't know if the quality has improved. Fingers crossed that it has because I really love them!

This is a BEAUTIFUL shawl. So incredibly soft, looks very expensive. Impeccable quality and large enough to wrap around. I ordered in beige and it was absolutely perfect. I used it during a very windy October wedding and it kept me warm. Highly recommend!

Beautiful shawl wrap! I was looking for a pale pink & this one is perfect. It was listed as “beige with pearl”, but the photo looked pale pink, so I took a chance & ordered it. So happy I did, as it is pale pink, just as I suspected. Nice weight and good quality material. Love the style & the pearls give it an elegant look. Very happy with this purchase!

Super soft and warm, but light weight. Drapes elegantly and isn't too long. It works well for a shorter person. Purchased it for my mother who stands 4'11".

So pleased that it is reversible. I was unable to ascertain that it was reversible from the other reviews. This will be my travel favorite. It has enough weight to be warm, but drapes beautifully. I’m only 5 ft. tall, so was worried it might be too much for me, but because it drapes so nicely, it’s just fine.

I like that it is viscose and am quite happy with it.But on smaller people, ( I usually wear XS ) it looks like a blanket.Not sure if I'll get weird stares, maybe I'll add a belt, but it is the size of a small sofa throw.Super comfy though, just wished they would add maybe 2-3 sizes
