This mat is so charming! I saw it displayed at a local garden center, but they were out of stock. Amazon came to the rescue! I purchased the MatMate Rubber Tray-Scroll Doormat to go with it. The rubber doormat is of excellent quality and gives the elegant border shown in the photo. My Dad loved receiving for Christmas.It's such a shame that the description is not a little clearer, leaving some disappointed when this doormat arrives. The rubber MatMate gives it a much more elegant, upscale look than this mat would have if the border were only printed on it. Other pretty mats are available to go with the rubber mat during other seasons. I've also seen the red pickup truck flag that goes with this. Very cute too!

I've wanted this particular item for years, just didn't know where to get it. I am very happy with it. Excellent in colour, quality and it came wrapped well and in time to put on the doorstep for Christmas. Thank you!

The design is adorable and is unique! My only complaint is that it does not match the picture depicted. It is lacking the boarder which would give it more of a finished look. The mat is still of good quality so keeping it is not a problem, I just wish I had received what I originally expected from this purchase.

my little guy is really messy when he eats...the other day I had to pick rice from the back of his ears on his head (adorable but messy!) He also has a habit of taking kibble out of the bowl and putting it on the floor to eat, I'll never know why, but this keeps things from turning into a bug or vermin attractant and they are washable!

Very well done, nice approach to a front door. Held up well in the Christmas season.

My own fault for being a little disappointed. I didn't realize this was an insert. So it was a little pricey but it did not slip and the picture is crisp and colorful.

Picture on line misrepresented the rug we received. Our rug did not have the border as shown. Which doesn't give it as finished appearance and I would not order it again.
