Magic: Self Cleaning Lint Brush, 1 Pack, White

These work extremely well on cat hair. It has two sides you use, but be sure you are swiping against the grain of the brush on each side. You push the little lever back and forth and it pulls the cat hair off the brush and into the inner chamber. Just open the chamber, pull out the hair, and throw in trash. Snap chamber shut, pull the brush lever to one side or the other, and you are ready to go again. Feel the brush head with your fingers to tell if you are brushing AGAINST the grain. This is not a heavy quality item, but it is worth the money in performance. BEST thing I've found to get cat hair off chairs, couch and bedspread. This will last you awhile if you dont drop it on a hard surface, as it might break apart.

I LOVE these lint brushes. I first discovered them about 5 years ago and they are truly the best lint/pet hair removal items that I've encountered.My beef: the item arrived with the clear screen punched in against the brush, and part of the top had popped off. With some ingenuity and super glue I remedied it. It is too much hassle to return a low value item. They ARE fragile and seem to be manufactured as cheaply as possible. Be careful not to drop it on a hard surface!It works great, as these always do. We have four cats, but with the brush I can finally be seen in public with my husband when he wears black! They're also wonderful for a quick cleanup of upholstery. The best part is that the detritus is gathered into the compartment until you decide to empty it. This is entirely unique in the lint removal world, to my knowledge. Until you use a vacuum, anyway.

Warning: I had wrote a fabulous review for this product in the past (see below) but, upon receiving my recent Sept. 2016 purchase for this product, it's a quality has fallen to a sub-standard level. What a shame!The exterior plastic of this lint brush is now a white plastic in color & no longer the silver-toned plastic that I've come to known. It looks cheesier, more fragile, has a cheaper appearance. It seems that the cleaning surface area might not be as large nor as functional, lesser of a dense quality so won't last as long. The lint trap door, that is suppose to release upon your command to empty the caught lint/hair by the sliding of a knob, now comes open on it's own while you're using the brush. It releases the already collected lint/hair back on the surface that you are currently cleaning. The round, flat knob that was glued on the lint trap door fell off all three of my lint brushes (two of them were rolling around in their individual boxes already when I received the shipment) but one can open the lint trap door by simply sliding the peg-like plastic piece that remains without the need of the cheaply glued on knob (that is, if the door didn't already open on it's own while in use!). The quality of this product has drastically declined since I originally purchased it a few years back. What a shame as I don't know if I would purchase this brush again. Just needed to be honest here.My original review:I bought one of these about 5 years ago and I use it all of the time to remove lint and pet hair from clothes, upholstery, drapes... everything! It's on it's last leg now so I wanted to buy another to replace it. I even bought one for a family member and a friend. Nothing to replace... just pick it up and go, go, go! Great product! "Wow!"

I love this type of lint brush. None better. All of the others have problems. This is the perfect brush. I had to dock one point for quality. Feels cheaply made and unlike another brand I used in the past, it doesn't quite empty contents into the back. Lint kind of just sticks to the sides in the back, which is fine since you can easily pick it off. I cannot complain much as this was much cheaper than others.

This is my favorite "cat brush". I have a longhaired white Persian diva cat, and this has made my life so much easier, since I don't have to worry about replacing the sticky paper. It is very easy to empty the compartment where the removed hair is stored. It feels a bit flimsy sometimes, but has held up well.

Look: it works okay. It's inexpensive because it's cheaply made. It will probably break after a few months.If you are looking for a good reusable lint roller for your clothes: buy something else.If you are looking for a cheap lint roller to get "most" of the cat hair off of your feline's favorite chair? Then this will work fine, but just know that you will be buying another in a few months

I needed something that would clean pet hair off our couches. When I opened the box, the white end/cap piece had already fallen off, along with one of the side pieces. Within a few minutes of using it, I realized it was not going to work. The White piece on the side kept falling off and the rolling piece kept getting stuck. It's kind of hard to explain with words. Look at the pictures to see how the lint remover pieces came away from the handle. In some cases the corners came completely off, rendering the whole device unusable. The thing is, I could see how this would work wonderfully. Perhaps I just got a bad one. I cannot request an exchange, so I will never know.

The best thing I can say about this is it arrived and picks up some pet hair. Parts of it fell off the first time I tried using it. The pet hair picked up does not come off very well. I feel like I wasted the $5 I paid for it.
