SNUGRUGSMen's Monty Suede Wool Rubber Sole Moccasins

Having recently bought quite expensive slippers from both John Lewis and M&S that have literally fallen apart in less than 6 months, I decided to try and find something more durable and affordable on Amazon. These slippers seemed to fit the bill based on the reviews I read, so with a healthy dose of scepticism I went ahead and ordered a pair.When they arrived I was very pleased with the apparent quality and they are supremely warm and comfortable. But based on my experience with the store bought items I decided to wait a couple of months before writing a review, to assess whether my initial impressions were justified. I’m pleased to say that they were. They are still very comfortable and “toasty” and are showing great signs of providing long term durability. They’re certainly, already, proving more rugged and durable than those mentioned above, so considering the low price, they definitely win hands down and I’ll be looking to buy another pair when these ones eventually come to the end of their life.

After ordering and returning several pairs of slippers from amazon, even ladies moccasin slippers, I decided on a pair for men. My feet are quite wide, flat and I have misshapen toes so I can't just wear anything comfortably. I figured that a pair for men might give me more room and these do. And, let's be honest, once on the feet, moccasin's all look the same unless you buy an ornate pair of some kind. I chose these ones because they had the colour I wanted in my size and the reviews were pretty good, and also they have a solid sole. I have not been able to find a decent pair of moccasins in years since a pair I had long ago but which lasted me years. They were still good when I threw them away, they were just covered in paint because I wore them all the time and didn't take care while decorating. These slippers feel so comfortable and are lovely and warm, I do hope these last - I feel like I found the holy grail! Fingers crossed.

Good quality for price nice colour good fit

This is my second pair of Snugrugs mocasins. The first pair have lasted years, probably about 6 years, and I wear them every day. Fantastic quality, real leather uppers, quality rubber sole, soft and warm furry lining.They are true to size I find. (UK size 9) Those that say size up, I have not needed to. They do stretch after time and are slightly snug when new, but not uncomfortably tight at all, unless you wear very thick socks. I slipped these on when they arrived tonight, and they felt wonderful, hugging my feet in furry warmth. I hope these last as well as my previous pair which you can see from these photos are well worn, but not falling apart. The reason I purchased another pair is that I spilt some used engine oil on my old pair. Probably should have had more appropriate shoes on, but these slippers are so comfortable and versatile I rarely take them off at home, tinkering in my garage and going out into the garden.
