Easy installation
Got one two years ago ago , work real good, keep food hot well, very easy to install. Just ordered the second one for backup.

Do not work well
These heaters aren’t as good as you’d think for their size. They’re really low quality and don’t work well. Also, I bought two and one stopped working in just 15 days. I couldn’t return it because we only installed it after a few weeks and it was too late by then.

Bought in February worked great until it blew up. Tried calling Winco support but mailbox is full. Reading the support page it is noted that the buyer should contact seller. Still no response from anyone!

This is the second one I've purchased. The first one i purchased Nov. 2023. It lasted 2 years. I turned it on at work the other day and it almost caused a fire! It was sparking and the element completely melted. Thank god I was there or it would have caught on fire for sure. It works well overall. Just wish it lasted longer for $300
