Works perfectly!
I had never heard of these before. I went online to try to find a solution to our perpetually dirty toilet and these were recommeded. I couldn't be happier with the results. It took care of all the hard water marks basically like a magic eraser. I recently saw them elsewhere for much cheaper though. This type shouldn't cost you more than $2.

Made my toilet clean
This stick got rid of some what I assume were rust stains in my toilet bowl that no amount of elbow grease would remove before. My only complaints are that rubbing the stick on porcelain is reminiscent of nails on chalkboard and I had to to rub it until it developed a wedge to fit into the creases in the bowl. But it works!

Buy it. Buy two!
I moved into an apt with three toilets. They were fairly nasty. Stained. I tried to remove the stains with a brush.. clorox... and then I tried to mask them with blue bowl. None of it worked. I googled the best way to remove stains and 'pumice' came up. I bought this from amazon for about 5 bucks. It was worth every single cent. I wasn't holding out hope. I thought it would scratch the porcelain.. I didn't really care, though, because (a) it wasn't my toilet and I'm fairly impatient (I know, that's deplorable) and (2) it couldn't look ANY worse than those stains! Ewwww! They were disgusting.. an eye sore!!! I hated it. Toilet bowl rings didn't fall into the picture of cleanliness I wanted to portray; especially in the front downstairs toilet. So I got it in the mail and I went to work... it took no time at all to get rid of the stains. I ran my finger over the porcelain and I felt no abrasians... I mean, the toilet was smooth as new. It was great. I don't normally write reviews, but I had to because this thing made my life better. I cleaned two of my three toilets. The pumice is 3/4 gone now so if I wanted to give it a go again on another equally stained toilet, I would need another pumie. I love this thing. It's great. I almost wish I was a maid so I could impress my boss!!!! It's that good. Buy it. It's worth it.

Not good for my needs
So I don't know what I imagined, but it's much harder to use than wearing gloves and using a sponge for your basic toilet cleaning. I guess if you had a wreck of a toilet, it's probably the right product. It was overkill for me and too hard to use.

Quick job
Previously, I had used a regular pumice stone to remove the hard water stains/ mineral deposits on the inside of my toilets. It took forever, and when I had to get down on my hands and knees 6 months later to do it again, I was very discouraged. I ordered the Pumie Stick, hoping that it was a more professional solution and would do a better job than my cosmetic pumice stone.I was right! There is a difference in pumice stones. It only took a few minutes per each toilet bowl to remove the stains. After working my three toilets, I had half a stick remaining. This product is totally worth it to me, I like the toilets to actually look like I clean them. I paid just under $6 for this, and in the future, I would be willing to pay $10, or even $15. It works.

Overpriced, but awesome product
I have leaky toilets from hard water build up and get horrible hard water/brown rust stains in my toilet from water running. No toilet cleaner or scrub brush, no matter what the claims, will make a dent in them. They are actually more like build-up. This product is the only one I've found that completely takes them away. And trust me, I've tried ALOT! Granted, you're going to have to put some serious elbow grease into getting them up, if it's build up like mine. But this does work wonderfully and will continue to buy, until I can buy a whole new toilet and hopefully not need them anymore! Also, you can probably get this for a few bucks at your local hardware store. I know the big chains by me carry it. And I would pay more than that for this product.

Best way to remove that "wild streak of green in the sink in the kitchen"
That's a phrase from a Pete Seeger song "The Faucets Are Dripping". I used to buy these pumice sticks at the local hardware store when I lived in Wisconsin, so I used them many times. Now living in France, I can't find them anywhere, so I ordered two from Amazon and had them shipped to a friend in the U.S. who was about to take a trip to France. These are really the best way to clean hard water deposits off sinks, tubs, and toilets. The stick dissolves as you use it and for a badly neglected toilet, I just used up half a stick. I really appreciate that I don't have to expose my skin and lungs to chemicals to have a clean bathroom.

BEST BOWL CLEANER EVER!
I tried half a dozen (at least!) of the leading toilet bowl cleaners to tackle a situation that had lain dormant for over 5 years. I was told to replace the toilet as it was too far gone. Not willing to give up without trying "elbow grease" I started scrubbing using the chemical products advertised. Nothing worked until I discovered the Pumie Scouring Stick! It was easy to use and with some effort (far less than the chemicals) the stains were removed. Less expensive than replacement. The toilet is like new.Note that if you have chipped or pitted porcelain this will not repair such damage.
