Siphon Barbecue Injector for Marinades and Flavor Like-BDI

We purchased the Monster Kitchen injector recently and have used it a few times already on some pork and beef. It has worked great and held up very well. I’ve read another review about something breaking, but we’ve used it about 7 times so far on some tough meat and have not had any issues. The injector works well and has sucked up a few different marinades for us. The strainer on the end of the tube is nice so that the injector does not get clogged with any particles that might be in your marinade. We’ve used both needles that come with the unit, and like them both.

I have used this for a while now and so far it has worked flawlessly for me. I decided to try this as a cheaper alternative than a BDI Injector. Overall it works and performs as it should. My only real complaint was the packaging. A basic plain white box with a Monster Kitchen sticker on the flap. No papers, warranty, instructions, or contact information was included for this injector. But I guess for $20 cheaper than a BDI, this is the trade off. I have posted an unboxing and initial review on our barbecue team's youtube page if you want more information on this. I will follow up this review in time with a longer hands-on use evaluation.***UPDATE***I can no longer recommend nor use this injector. It no longer holds a proper suction and the injector itself keeps binding, causing it to not cycle or retract. I had high hopes for this, but ultimately it is not worth my time or money. As stated before, spend a bit extra and get the green brand.

Worked great for at least 10 times. Now will not siphon at all for some reason. Took it apart several times and correctly put it back together but no luck. It would have been nice to have a customer service number

This tool works great. It’s not the best made but for the money it’s worth it. It’s not made for professional use. If you don’t use for a while it may bind up on you. Just lube pump. There are no instructions but if you can’t figure it out you have other problems.

This product is a great concept made very cheap. I make bbq for a living so I need my equipment to be durable and this is not. I sent my first one back because the plastic piece nearest the needle broke the very first time I used it. After about 5 uses the needle snapped off inside a pork butt. I’ll just suck it up and buy a better version. Wouldn’t reccomend to anyone

Have used it twice and it works with no issues. Easy to use.

Works great over and over

I've used the injector about three time and each time I've used it I had issues with it. Loses suction, hard to clean, and no instruction or information inside the box. I wish I could return, but too late. Save your Money.
