Ok for taking photos
This works well if what you’re using it for are self photos/videos or hands free group photos. I wanted to use it to record myself drawing, but it’s impossible to not have the legs in the photos/videos so I can’t use this at all.Another reviewer mentioned that it does not stand, but it does, you just have to simply twist it in place.Had a lot of issues with the base of the stick that attaches to the tripod legs. The base of the stick came off while screwed on to the legs and it took forever to get it off. Then when I finally did, it would not go back into the stick, I had to hammer it back in. Annoying, but did not take away from function. Just an FYI to anyone with no patience.

Remote control didnt work for me...
This is unit extend and give you long arm for more angled view.. it is versatile... The base/leg is solid but the screw point is made very cheap and breaks easily.. I had to use superglue to glue the screw back and make it stronger.Careful in strong wing... it may fall and crack your phone.

Okay for a little while. Breaks very easy
I bought the product in December and used it around 10 times and the stand snapped off. The remote connects quickly but prevents you from accessing your keyboard when it’s connected - every time you want to type you have to disconnect the unit. A few times the remote did not start my video so I missed very good content.

Great product minor change
This product is nice! Had to remove the piece from the tripod to attach my camera in order it to screw in. See the pics. Not a big deal at all. Easy fix. I can replace that piece with something not as thick. Overall it's a great product and awesome price! Just what I needed

For Selfie works fine
If all you do is use the selfie stick, then this works... The base tripod is cheap and will break around the metal screw.i had to use crazy glue to fix it.It also not stable and may fall and break your phone.

Doesn’t stay up
The media could not be loaded. I just got mine and it doesnt stay up when extended to a higher height. I tried tightening up the screws and everything, but still didn’t work. Had to return it

Great stand for Oculus Rift sensors!
Works great as Oculus Rift sensor stands! Why spend 4 to 7 times the cost of this!

wont last
It is 15$ so you can't expect much from this. I should have known that. I did enjoy it for a couple of months until it fell apart on me. I only used it for photos on the grass. Nothing crazy or adventurous.
