This was a quick read of quotes from such a beautiful and annoited Queen. I read in one sitting but will read again and again for the rest of my life. Such an inspirational book from an inspirational woman.

I bought the pocket size book to go with the 12" Maya Angelou doll I bought for my niece who collects Barbies. I think this will be an interesting addition to her collection

My all time favorite MA quote is misquoted! Only made it to page 17 before finding this huge disappointment. The correct quote is as follows, “I did then what I knew how to do. Now that I know better, I do better.” I understand adjusting these quotes for the readers sake, but I’m still upset. Still a great little book to carry in my purse, as I use her wisdom in every day life.
