Great item
Nice quality, easy to use. Product arrived missing battery cover so I messaged the seller and they offered to refund my entire purchase! I didn't take it because the item works fine, but great customer service.

Scale is not 1g Sensitive: ERRONEOUS CLAIM
Don't consider this product if you are trying to weigh anything that lacks density (flour, spices, herbs etc). When trying to weigh spices it will read zero until it jumps at about 10 grams. The claim of 1g sensitivity is false.

This scale is awful. The on/off switch didn’t work on the original OR the replacement. I put it on my kitchen counter and it read 10oz off the bat. I thought it was broken so I ordered a replacement. The new one did the same thing.

Excellent kitchen scale - chic and easy to use!
Ordered this scale from Amazon - got it in the mail in no time. Looks like essentially same function as the black round scale sold by the same company, but I got this 2nd one as a gift. Judging from my experience with the black round scale - easy toggle between different units (lb vs oz vs grams). Super easy to use and a good size for easy storage. I'm a fan!

Not So Accurate!
The scale is very solid and sleek, but at times it doesn’t register smaller weights as well as it should! Got quite frustrating at times when my weights would not register.

Buyer beware.. You get what you pay for. This scale isn’t accurate. If I had kept the box, I would have returned it .
