basaho CLASSIC Zafu Meditation Cushion | Organic Cotton | Buckwheat Hulls | Removable Washable Cover

Used this a few times now and it is just what a zafu cushion should be. It's a simple, straightforward, well made, lined and fully stuffed cushion, from which you can remove however much of the buckwheat hulls you need to for tuning your preferred fit (in my photos I have already removed some of the filling. It was fully stuffed when it arrived). I love the colour, the material is sturdy and well constructed with well placed zips, and I like the removable cover not only for potentially cleaning but it adds to the overall quality too. The inner lining cushion is equally well made. It's a great size and perfectly supportive for me (a 6’3” bloke) and I can see it lasting a very long time. There's nothing fancy here just simple high quality and function, and I can't imagine anything else being more suitable than this for the job. I can’t speak to the actual durability yet, but quality materials and good construction point towards a potentially long life.

I love these! I bought two. They are beautifully made and appear well stitched. The zafu has an outer coloured cover with a super concealed zip running round the inner circle of the base. The inner bag of husks can be emptied slightly to make it softer but I didn’t feel the need. I would definitely recommend them to others. They are lovely to sit on but also look great in my sitting room when I am not meditating...it’s a win win! The price was also very competitive in comparison to other similar products and they came next day. Thank you guys I’m hoping to order more in different colours 😊

Gave this as a Christmas present and had really good feedback on the colour ad comfort of the cushion. I thought it looked of very good quality even though I would have preferred a little more stuffing inside. It arrived quickly too. Recommend.

My cushion arrived this morning, so I can't really comment on its durability, but I love the care with which it has been made, and the attention to detail – like the zip closure being put behind the handle so you can't see it (or, more importantly, sit on it!). I like the size – the cushion's a bit smaller (about 10cm maybe?) than other meditation cushions, which makes it more easily portable, and kind of cute. It's plenty big enough. I love that you can open it and adjust the filling according to your needs and wash the outer cover as and when necessary, without losing all your filling. The fact that it is ethically produced, with organic cotton and fair conditions for workers makes it all the more attractive. I'm very impressed.

Super comfortable and solid - great product

El cojín es muy bueno, cómodo y practico, la funda es fácilmente extraíble para lavarlo. Puedes quitar un poco de relleno si prefieres el cojín más bajo. Quiero usarlo para meditar y para realizar determinas asanas de yoga.

Ho vagliato diversi modelli sia on-line che dal vivo prima dell'acquisto e sono entusiasta dell'elevata qualità di ciò che ho acquistato. È completamente sfoderabile e lavabile. L'imbottitura di grano saraceno può essere ridotta per adattarlo alle proprie esigenze semplicemente sottraendo una o più manciate di prodotto tramite un'apposita cerniera. Io ho trovato estremo comfort senza apportare nessuna modifica. Io lo uso per praticare meditazione, yoga e pilates. Sostiene egregiamente le anche e la schiena. Mi piace che sia stato prodotto con attenzione verso l'ambiente e la cura dei particolari (cernienre, cuciture, etc.) Lo consiglierei a tutti.

I gave this as a gift to someone who meditates daily, and they are very pleased with it! It's very well made, comfortable for them to sit on, and a beautiful deep rich color that is inviting to the eye and eases into the surrounding decor nicely. All in all, I'd say it's wonderful! In Senfgelb bestellt und die Farbe ist wirklich schön. Reisverschluss vom Bezug ist solide und man kann ihn gut waschen. Der Kern ist auch aus Baumwolle und man könnte ihn waschen - allerdings muss man dann den Buchweizen umfüllen bzw. später wieder in den Kern stopfen, was sicherlich machbar ist aber wohl nur in dem Fall nötig ist dass man ein größerer "Unfall" mit Getränken oder anderen Flüssigkeiten hatte und ein gründliches Waschen notwendig macht. Der Stoff vom Überbezug ist robust und hält auch in einem Haushalt mit Kinder genug aus.
