good price good hinge
I don't hear my door squawk anymore but man what a job chiseling. these hinges are strong...but they are thicker so made my door out of square and not shut.

Look Good
Certainly serve their purpose and look good on entry doors where they were installed replacing old brass hinges. Time will tell if they require more maintenance than hinges these replaced.

looks more like roughly brushed steel
This hinge is the right size and hole configuration I needed, but it sure doesn't look like satin nickel -- more like roughly-brushed steel. It'll do the job, but I wasn't happy with the appearance. If my local hardware store weren't out of these, I'd have returned it.

They are not noise makers and the quality is acceptable for outdoor.
These hinges met the basic requirements for their reasonable price. The feature which would further perfect them as exterior hinges would be a security screw on the inside center
