Fragile
What a shame. Bought as a Christmas present for my daughter who loved the design and carefully carried it to high school and back. Even though she was really meticulous in its care, it still didn’t even make it to the end of the first month.

Poor quality item! Avoid bout it
Avoid buying this product at all cost! I’ve been using it for about 2 months. Last week, I did pour some warm (not HOT) and the inner glass just broke! Poor quality item!!! Works only a short period of time!
