EvoFit Enso Roller

This Roller really helped me to stretch after my workout. I can adjust it based on which part of the muscle I was working on. I really like the design. I feel the instruction can have more details on the set up for all body parts.

It's a pretty descent product. I thought i would love it more, but it mostly sits in the box. The muscles in my back are very tight and I thought I could use this in between deep tissue massages, but this machine doesn't compensate that well. Maybe I'm using it wrong? It's very light weight and very customizable. I'll keep working at loving it though.

The pressure could be hard on your back as you can imagine. It's more deep than a standard foam type roller. I use it occasionally when I feel like my other one didn't pop out the knots.

It's like getting a massage at home! Great in between my chiropractic and massage appointments. Knowing I don't have to wait brings such peace of mind. I feel the deep work it's doing and can't recommend this enough. The whole family uses it. Easy to reposition as needed. We LOVE our EvoFit Enso Roller.

a bit more intense than the average foam roller but works excellent on the back and shoulder especially if you warm up first with a softer roller

Solid, helpful product. Adjustable. Since foot surgery I use it everyday to roll out the bottom of my foot. I also use it for my calf and hamstrings. Their delivery speed exceeded expectations as I needed it for my physical therapy.

Works much better than a standard foam roller for me. You can adjust the pads to hit different spots and you get better penetration with them.

Cool roller. It's nice to be able to customize it. Almost replaces my other foam roller, but I'm going to keep both.
