I have an espresso most mornings and Pact really deliver on flavour and freshness. They ensure everything delivered to you is recently prepared (my packs have always had a date of roasting and, when appropriate, grinding on them). The bag the beans come in is ideal for coffee storage, featuring a ziplock seal and a filter which prevents spoilage by air exposure. Your standard supermarket coffee packs don’t have that!Beyond useful packaging and fresh beans, the taste from this coffee is far superior to supermarket brands and on par with specialised roasters one might find. It has a wonderful and complex flavour profile without the unnecessary and overpowering roasts of many bulk produced beans. I use this for espresso on its own mostly, but it also makes for an excellent base for flat whites and cappuccinos.Highly recommend. The coffee is good, shame it arrived in branded packaging. I deliberately ordered from Amazon to get plain packaging AND turned off notifications on Alexa and still the surprise was ruined!But the coffee smells amazing and tastes good, it’s a little strong for me but husband likes it which was the whole point.
