Helped my hip pain!
I had a hip feel like it went out of the socket a little bit at work. It kept making a popping feeling, almost like cracking knuckles, and it hurt so bad! I had to call off work one day because I couldn't walk without falling over.I ordered this and it came in just 2 days. I strapped it on just under my belt line, around my hips and butt...
