Not what it states it is
Firstly, it is coming from another country, and I was informed it would take 6 WEEKS to get here, but it arrived today, 5 weeks ahead of said date.It is noisy, there is no way it is quiet enough to sleep.It is fairly flimsy feeling, feels cheap.It is NOT a humidifier, it would have a water reservoir if it were, and there is none.As for filtering stuff, no way. There is no removable or cleanable filter. What do you do, use it until it clogs and dies?The power button is pretty bright, so you would have to cover it at night.The air seems to only come out of the bottom of the gap around the ring, which suggests to me, that it isn't powerful enough to force the air around the whole ring. Cold air sinks, and that is why it is at the bottom of the ring.NOT worth the money.. do not buy.

Can I return this?
Purchased this in October of last year. I have to say it's not what I expected. Its weak. I have it on high and I can barely feel it. I also had to place a folded towel under heath it because the people below me complained about the noise. Mind you I didnt notice it but they did enough to call me and complain. They never complained about my previous oscillating fan. It's very easy to clean which is nice.

All the instructions are in Chinese even the writing on the remote
I put it together and I can not get it to do anything ; please get me instructions in English before I return itit is not quite.
