KINESIO CLINIC TAPE FP - 5CM X 31.5M - 35125 - PINK

A very economical way to buy this tape if you have a long term condition. I got through 3 of the small rolls before buying this. Wish I had done it sooner. I find it an excellent product to give support to inflamed muscles, tendons and ligaments. I have a major problem with inflamed tendons in my ankle. I put this on as taught by my physio (you can also get excellent tutorials on line if you know what your actual problem is) and leave it on for about 5 days. I then have a day or 2 rest for the skin. Putting it back on after the 2 days is like putting on a warm hug. I use it on my knee often too and my joint instantly feels more stable.

I have previous dislocations do ysd this when playing sport to protect and prevent injury. It's comfortable and easy to use. I slwayx round the edges so clothes don't pull it.
