I have a male Great Pyrenees dog that weighs 127 pounds and is fecally incontinent. I purchased the 3X size and it fits. Underneath it, I use an adult (human) "medium size Tranquility Premium Overnight Absorbent Disposable Underwear" (available on Amazon). This set up is not hard to put on and my dog does not mind wearing it at all. Of course Great Pyrenees dogs are generally tolerant of most things. Because my dog is not incontinent with urine, I make sure his penis is not covered by the diaper. I hope this information is helpful to someone who might be in a similar situation with the dog they love.

I have tried many different styles of britches for my little girl and these are hands down THE BEST! I take the cord off the tail hole, it is not needed and fits snugly around her tail without it. My little girl is paralyzed, so I use these when she goes to dog sitter or other places she needs to keep "down there" clean from other dogs to prevent infection, and these are great. The windbreaker type material is less permeable to things seeping in or out. They are almost too good in that if she does have an accident you do not smell or see it, so please check your pooch and change frequently as needed to prevent infection and skin irritation. The slick material also allows her to scoot along the floor quite nicely too. They hold up in "Heavy -hot" wash cycle well. I have had to replace the Velcro.

I have to update my first review and give this product 0 stars.It was excellent first time I used it.And I don't know what happened afterFirst wash but now inner lining don't absorb anything,and it's become a sack full of urine that leaks😣I only put one star because computer will not take this review without any star,but this product doesn't deserve any stars

It works really well holding a paper diaper. It does get furry in the Velcro strip which makes it hard to stick sometimes. That is NOT the fault of this product. I would recommend buying this for sure.

Lifesaver and an amazing product. We purchased for our 4 yr old cat who has been suffering from urinary incontinence for the last 2 yrs. And would have accidents all over the house. It was incredibly easy to put on and it took him only about 30mins to adjust to having it on. When we first put it on he didn't know how to walk with it and kept falling on the floor but now he is a pro. Would definitely recommend.

Didn't work for our senior dog. He's just too big and this made clean up more difficult. We won't be using it, so will be donating to local shelter.

I got one of these to test if it would work for my 17 year old Mexican hairless as he was having fecal incontinence. I have it over a disposable diaper and must say this works wonderfully. The fact that is cinches around the tail is the missing piece I needed. It worked so well I bought a second one to be able to swap back and forth when I need to clean the other.

Cat hates it. He chewed his side raw trying to get it off but it kept him from peeing on the wall so I give it 5 stars. Just have to make sure you wash it daily and keep track so the cat doesn't lay on your couch or clothes with a wet diaper because it will soak through
