Good quality. Needs better documentation
Works as well as expected for the money. Video quality is good. Still pics are good when my hand doesn’t get in the way. Lens caps from both units disappeared within a day. Functionality could be explained better in the manual.

Good toy for beginners like me. Have fun, keep expectations low.
First, the instructions for helmet installation seem way too simple, and the various YouTubes make it seem hard. It turns out it was very easy. I used Velcro all the way, and got the earphones right the first time. It is pretty easy. Most helmets at most price points have a recess/slight indent in the padding that is exactly the size of the earphones. I feel like the wires are pretty messy, but they work just fine. I did not like installation instructions but I can’t really see a way to improve them. The camera: it ain’t a go pro. That said, it works just fine. I’m getting more and more hooked on using a camera like this and will go to a go pro I think. I wanted something that would take a snapshot and save me fumbling for my phone. It does that, and the videos are way more fun than the snapshots. Caution, the exposure range is very narrow. Sunlight can easy overcome the cameras exposure range. I can’t say anything about battery life. For me if it lasts an hour I’ll be bored by then.Learning curve. I got the camera working on my first ride, so it’s easy to use it. But don’t think for a minute it will overcome your limitations as a Vlogger, you tuber, etc. I think I will learn a lot for much less money and complications than if I had just started out with a go pro.Communication: it’s a Sena. I wish it was a Cardo. It pairs just fine with other Senas, but it’s ridiculous to think these devices are so dang proprietary. I’m going to experiment with cell phone connections to see if I can use the phone to reach my friends.Sound, music, etc.: it pairs just great with my phone. The sound is good. But turn-by-turn can be hard to hear. This may be due to my hearing, since others seem to like it. The phone works fine. If you have good luck with Siri or “hey google” you will have no trouble making calls while riding.Distraction factor: I can work the controls just fine, but I would not risk fumbling around. Learn one thing at a time is my advice. I’m an old fart — so what else would you expect from me? Phone calling for anything more than a few seconds is just as distracting as it is in a car, which is 100x too much distraction for a bike.

So far superb.
Some may be asking where Video Tagging is on the Pro. It’s not actually on the 10c Pro (yet?). Loop recording on the 10c Pro works the same as v1 10c but the record length is not adjustable and locked at 3 min so it creates a new file every 3 minutes. If the card starts to run out of space it will start removing the oldest files to provide space for the newer ones. I’m not sure if they plan to add Video Tagging to the 10c Pro in the future or not. Maybe they will simply add adjustable parameters to Loop Recording like maybe “Pre-record” and “Record Length” essentially combining the two modes. Either way I’m enjoying the quality of the unit.64gb cards work fine.I can confirm the issue with the old 10c where the unit would start to get buggy with cards above 32gb is no longer an issue with the 10c Pro. I’ve done a few good tests using the entire 64gb capacity of both a Sandisk and Samsung card (format with the 10c Pro always) while riding and another pair indoors sitting on a tabletop. Both pair of tests were constant on for several hours, charging while filming using an external USB power pack. The unit will get warm to the touch which is not surprising but it was no different sitting stationary, with less airflow with the indoor tests. No issues, no glitches at all. You also no longer need to use a 32gb or smaller card for firmware updates like the old unit.

Expected more from Sena
Where do I begin? I guess better than a rant I'll list the problems in point form. I'm approaching this based on comparison with my 20s which I'm very happy with.1. Horrendous Battery Life90 minutes and the camera shuts off with 'battery low' prompt? My 20s I would routinely charge once a week not because it needed it but so that I wouldn't forget. I know a camera would be more resource demanding but 1080@60fps and only 90 minutes, seriously !?2. Extremely Buggy Camera AppNo surprise it has 1 star on the Google App Star, you can never count on it working. More often than not you have to try things like restarting the 10c pro, restarting the app, going back and forth in the app crossing your fingers that you find the correct combination to actually get the thing to work.3. Bulky Large Speakers, Annoying WiringThe 20s had nice small form fitting speakers that would fit nicely in my Shoei RF-1200, there was actually room so that when highway driving I could wear earbuds, these speakers do not fit nicely into the speaker slots as they are too big and there is no longer room for the earbuds. The 20s provided the speaker mike integration through the connector engaged when you slid the device onto the base unit. The 10c pro has this odd split cable you have to manually plug in and the extra cord dangling still gets in the way at times.4. Earbud Split Cable, Micro SD Card Not IncludedIf you want to use earbuds, you need to buy a sep. adapter cable, and mine didn't work, I ordered another one in the hope it is defective if this one doesn't work well it means it doesn't work. The site lists the adapter as working with both the 10c and 10c pro. Based on my experience so far I wouldn't be surprised if it doesn't work with the Pro. Even if it does it means I'm going to have to remove the speakers in favor of the earbuds as I described in point 3. Micro SD cards are cheap and so is Sena apparently since they can't throw one in despite the cost of this device.5. Ridiculous Customer ServiceI never needed to try their service with the 20s but obviously the 10c pro I needed to. Good luck getting someone and if you submit a query through mail, they'll take their good old time getting back to you as it gets routed through some BS AI algorithm and, in my case, when someone finally responded they came back with a response that *had nothing to do with my question*. It looks like whatever algorithm probably picked a few key words and gave someone a generic response. This has been in fact the worst customer service experience I have had in as long as I can remember and I have had some pretty bad customer service encounters.
