Blue Spot 10024 3-inch Fine Thread G-Clamp

It's made of pure cast Iron and feels sturdy. For the price (£4), good value for money.

I do lots of DIY so find these clamps an essential for certain jobs. I have larger clamps already but those were too big for a job I was doing in a small space. This smaller clamp completed the work easily, it was easy to use with strong threads and a strong grip on the material. The build quality and finish are excellent.

Bought for a specific job, not used ad yet butg clamps have all round uses

I bought this to rewind a seized brake caliper that caused my £30 rewind too to bend and deform.For £4, it was a complete shot in the dark and I was fully expecting it to fail. I put a spanner across the t-handle for extra leverage and must have put at least 200-250nM of force on this and neither the handle, the ball joint nor the clamp are any the worse for it.Absolute life-saver and well worth the money.
