Pros1. Great conceptCons1. Terrible customer service: very little help givien to fix the EPD (e Ink screen). I was only told that I need a new EPD, did some searching of Google to no avail.2. Teribly slow screen latency when switching from one screen to the next.3. Idk what company GoodeReader represents, but Netronix Inc is the brand that built this eInk journal - very dubious and misleading business tactic.4. Only customer service representative I got hold of is all the way in Taiwan. You have to take the nine to eleven hour time difference. When trying to get help with your device.5. Build could be more durable.I found this eInk journal/reader on GoodeReader's Youtube channel. I find myself regretting spending $800 USD and also having to wait five weeks for my Netronix Inc Model: ED0Q02 eInk Journal/Reader.
