DHP Miles Metal Full Loft Bed with Desk, Blue

So my number one concern with a bed like this from Amazon was the quality and ease of assembly. It was super easy to build. My 9 year old son and I built it in about 2 hours.It’s good construction but it does wobble quite a bit. I bought 1.5” U brackets and anchored it to the wall and it is absolutely solid and does not move at all.Overall I’d definitely buy again.

Had this bed for a month so far and LOVE it! Sure it wiggles and squeaks a bit, but once settled, it's solid.Biggest complaint is the ladder: square rungs are painful. I put pool noodles around them and that does well, but the noodles are falling apart after only a few weeks. Still trying to find a better solution for it.The desk space is spacious, though it could stand for a little more width. Another 2-3 inches would be perfect.Assembly was very straight-forward, least until I tried to open a bag of parts and used too much strength and flung the parts EVERYWHERE (the plastic C-clips). Pro-tip: Cut the bags open carefully. Do not rip the bags open.Took me a few hours to get it together, but SO happy once it was. No more sleeping on the floor.

My daughter wanted her room redone for her birthday. She has a small room and a needed a desk, so a loft bed was perfect! It is wobbly but that’s expected since the legs are so skinny. As others have said the ladder bars hurt your feet, but pipe foam is the perfect fit! I would not anchor this to the wall with how wobbly it can get when making the bed. It would rip the wall, but it’s sturdy enough to not topple over. If it does then your kid is horse playing. I’m 144lbs and I get up there just fine. We removed the fan on the ceiling and just put a light in its place, since the room is small, but we did anchor a table top fan to the wall for circulation and it works great. She loves the desk at the bottom! It was not hard to put together with 2 people and maybe took us an hour and half to do. Instructions were easy to follow. Overall great bed! Would buy again if I needed one.

Instructions were great and it’s very sturdy material. Wish the ladder was slanted however it gets the job done. Space saver and my son loves it! This was on sale at the time of purchase and we have no regrets.

Bought in January. It’s pretty sturdy but it got squeaky after a month. I just tighten everything again and then after a while it squeaks and gets wobbly again. At least I can tell when my kid gets out of bed. She loves it. I hate it bc it’s annoying putting sheets on it since I’m short. But the bed frame its self is pretty great.

This bed frame was easy to assemble with clear directions. It's also pretty light weight so I was able to maneuver it easily. Does not wobble at all, and made a perfect play area for my 5 year old. 10/10 would buy again.

So we ordered this for out teenager and for now it works good. The assembly part was horrible it took my husband and I a few hrs to set it up. After we got it done realize that there where screws missing for the desk part. We were not about to take everything off and mail it back so we got a different screw and are making it work. Since it's by the wall you can't notice the imperfection. Sturdiness it's not the good I mean it holds my husband and kid up there but bed moves ALOT. But for a "for now" bed and the price it works and does the job.

Great value and overall quality. Assembly was easy with two people. This is a metal frame and will move given how top heavy it is when some one gets in it. Secure it to a wall at two points and it will be super solid. I mounted some 1x3 wood to the wall studs and drilled holes in the upper bed rails on the underside and mounted with lag bolts....shaking is a non-issue after that.

My daughters room is extremely small and she had no room in there. It was so hard to keep clean and organized. This bed is a life saver for small spaces. We were able to organize her room putting stuff under it, she plays in it more as she has more room to play now. Very happy with this purchase. I was a little worried after reading reviews about it being wobbly but I think those reviews are from people that got the real high one with desk under it and more teens/adults using it. I purchased the lower one and it doesn't wobble at all for my 7 year old. Even climbing the ladder it's very sturdy for her. She's still talking about how much she loves her new bed days later lol.

It was easy to assemble! Amazon delivered it way faster than Rona did (just problem after problem with Rona & I still do not have my refund, I ordered from Rona August 16, 2024 & it did not have a desk as part of it) so overall this desk that Amazon is selling is much better!!! Satisfied with the bed and Amazon!!!!!

I bought this bed for my 10 yr old granddaughter and she absolutely loves it. Assembly took about 2 1/2 hrs with 2 people but after building and verifying everything was tight the bed is still a little wobbly so we are considering adding wall anchors.

Bought this for me,needed space for my room gives me a couple of cubic footage

When the box arrived, pieces were sticking out of the bottom. It felt like the box wasn’t strong enough to hold the metal pieces. Once opened, some of the slat pieces had some yellowing discolouration. The box holding the hardware appeared fine, but once opened, loose pieces fell out. The screws were mixed together and it took time to sort and organize.The product overall seems fine now that’s together, minus a few scratches, but more care could be put into the packaging.
