Horst does it again! I’ve been a professional brewer for 7+ years and Dark Lagers are my favorite style of beer to drink. This book is the Bible of Dark Lagers. Wonderful history, awesome science about Lager yeast, great recipes. I am extremely pleased with this book. Well worth it for brewers trying to perfect their Lager game.

Excellent book for anyone interested in brewing dark lagers or just drinking them.
