Mighty Little Machine
This is a fantastic little machine! I tested it on 110v. I did a little wire(MIG)welding at first, then a little (Arc)stick welding and it was flawless. I was shocked I didn't have to crank the Amperage being 110, but I didn't have to. I dialed it about half maybe a little less. Perfect!! The unit itself is small but lightweight. I love how compact it is and easy to carry with you. A lot of bang for your buck w/ this dual/voltage 3 in 1 welder (Arc, Mig, Tig) Please note the Tig torch does not come with unit. Overall, I'm extremely happy w/ this purchase and would highly recommend this set up to anyone who's into welding. Weather you're a beginner or a pro, you will find this machine fills the need for a welder and does it well! Plus if you're new to welding the controls are very easy to read and it's extremely easy to use.

Awesome
Wasn't sure at first with this being as little as it is, but after using this now on a couple of different projects I've been wanting to get done, I have a new look at it. Preforms a lot better than expecting. Easy to read display, and easy to use dials for fine tuning exactly what your looking for with tour weld! Replacing the wife is easy as can be. Light weight and portability were a must have for me and got both with this unit. Though the ground clamp could be a little stronger as I've used it quite a few times now and the clamp has seemed to have warped rather quickly from being such a soft metal base. This hitbox has outperformed a welder of similar stance from Harbor Freight. Would recommend for a very affordable price, probability, and easy to use basis.

fantastic little welder to start off with!
i love the quality for the price! my toyota needed some frame patching and its an old beater so the bed is long gone and trailer had been welded to the frame in its place. i needed to weld the bed back on and patch the frame, and this little thing did just the trick. with this and some youtube videos the ole yota is on the road again! the only downside is the 220 adapter is specific to a 220 outlet i dont have and dont recall seeing before, so you cant just unplug your stove or dryer and hook this up. also if you buy mig wire its on a spool way to big to fit this machine. but besides that it seems great only time will tell and of everything holds up through the winter ill be giving it 5 stars!

Nice upgrade to an intermediate skill level
I upgraded from an old 110V Chicago Electric 125 MIG gasless wire feed. This tiny welder makes you feel like you know how to weld like a pro after using that Chicago for years. It’s so easy to setup (adjust your feed and voltage) and lay beautiful welds. Lots of power on both the 110V and 220v. Light weight and precise. Love it. The only complaint I have is that the gasless MIG wire pushes through the cable assembly at the connector whenever you accidentally weld your wire to the tip. (Wire sticks at the tip or inside the tip) Not sure if the wire has voltage when exiting there. But You have to take the cable apart at the welder side and remove or pull back the wire and re feed it from inside the welder or at the cable. Obviously a rookie move that I will have to overcome but basically that functionality isn’t as forgiving on this welder as it was on my old welder.

Big results from such a small welder!!!
I purchased this welder to weld my lawnmower deck brackets back because the factory welds couldn't hold up after several years of use. I figured i would go ahead and try to save my deck with this cost effective option. This mini welder sure was worth it! I was able to get my mower back in service. I have welded before so it was straight forward plug and play. If you have never used a welder i would recommend reading the instructions. The welds sure held up to me cutting about an acre of roughly 3 foot thick grass so i can say with confidence that the unit i received was functional and if you know what you are doing you will be able to execute small welding jobs. I used to mig and stick weld options.

Follow the picture for flux-core/MIG, BUT NOT THE WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS.
First thing I did was break the welder because the instructions tell you to plug the grounding clip into the negative terminal. This caused the wire to bunch up in the cable coming from the welder to the gun. Luckily I'm capable enough to take the thing apart and fix it. Then I had the thought to look at the picture, which contradicted the instructions. So I connected the grounding clip to the positive terminal. Then the welder worked fine. I'm not sure if this is better or worse. It's nice that you're not holding the positive in your hand, but then anything touching the workpiece is live. Once you get past the fact that the instructions don't make any sense at all, this is a decent welder for the low price. Just make sure you are very careful setting it up, and do small tests that can't jeopardize the entire system. For your first test welds, don't have the wire come directly out into the workpiece. Let the wire come out, then hit the trigger and move the wire across the workpiece. This way you only glance off the piece if there's no electrical potential. As others have stated, this is really only for flux-core and stick. There's no inlet for gas, so the description is just completely incorrect.

Up and running right out of the box
I was looking for a Flux/MIG/TIG welder to learn with and this had everything I wanted for a great price. Within an hour of opening the box, I had my first test weld done. Please note - as another reviewer said, the WRITTEN set up instructions are swapped in regards to the + / - cord attachment, but the diagram instructions are correct. Im so grateful to that initial reviewer for alerting me to that issue. Other than that, this was a great price, simple to set up, and worked great.

Arc start is effortless - No sticking at arc start up
I'm not an experienced welder. I have tried several portable Inverter Welders and regular welders and sticking of the rods or Wire at startup was an issue for me. This welder surprised me! In the (Gas less) Mig mode the arc always started with no sticking! I have not yet used the "Stick Welder" mode so I cannot offer any opinion on its "Stick Welder" mode

I bought this because it had good reviews. Well heres one more. If you are new to welding or have some experience, this is the unit for U!!!! it is Very small and only 7kg.! The new technology for this inverter style welder makes it almost idiot proof, if were still allowed to say idiot??? Clean welds, very little splatter, and Quiet!? Surprisingly quiet. Im not a professional by any means , never touched the stick welding on this machine or hook up gas to it? BUT , the 110V flux core wire feed works Awsome! Only bad thing is the instructions, hard to understand, and to save you looking for it ..... the Amp dial on the right seems to be the wire feed speed nob as well ? Lol , when i had it at 200 you could hear the motor givin er hard! Great little machine!

I am an amateur who bought this welder in Korea. I was initially embarrassed that I didn't see a detailed method of use, but after adjusting the voltage strength and feed speed properly, it was a very satisfactory weld. Also, I broke the ceramic tip by mistake, but the person in charge of production helped me to get the spare because I was in trouble because I didn's. The greatest advantage of this welder is its light weight and very quick reaction speed. The price is so cheap that I didn't expect much, but it makes me more quality than expected. It's not recommended by a professional volunteer, but I recommend it.
